A La Carte Services

Hand Blended Images + A Floor Plan for Every Shoot

We offer simple flat rate pricing for our real estate images. For our 25 photos a we charge $165 plus tax, and for 40 photos we charge $195 plus tax, with floor plans included. No hidden fees, square footage or travel charges within our service area.

Drone Photos

We charge just $95 for our 6 drone photo package. We are FAA Part 107 Certified so you can rest easily knowing you will not only get high quality drone photos, but also legal drone photos!

Videos

Want to make your listings stand out? Our listing videos are perfect for bringing properties to life and are amazing for social media! For just $250, you’ll get a 60-second video with both standard and drone footage. Need something for Instagram or Facebook Reels? We’ve got you covered with vertical videos for only $125. Let’s make your listings shine!

Virtual Staging

Our Virtual Staging brings empty spaces to life with stylish furniture, décor, and custom designs. At just $25 per photo, it’s an affordable way to showcase your property’s potential and attract buyers.

Ink Light Media & Casita ImagesTerms of Service & License AgreementThe terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to all services and media (photos, videos, 3D, drone, etc.) delivered to the Client by Ink Light Media LLC and Casita Images. By purchasing any service, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Aesthetic DisclaimerClient acknowledges the creative style of Ink Light Media & Casita Images as shown in our portfolio and waives the right to refuse payment based on subjective dissatisfaction. No refunds will be issued except in cases of material breach.
⸻2. Assistants & AccessPhotographers may bring assistants to the property.
Client must ensure:
• Full access to the property.
• Property is “photo-ready” before the shoot begins.
• Neighbors are notified of drone operations (optional courtesy).
If access is denied or the property is not ready (at the photographer’s discretion), a $50 cancellation fee will apply or the shoot may proceed “as is.”⸻3. Permissions & ReleasesClient must provide all necessary permissions for photography/videography, including HOA/community amenities, individuals, and items on site.⸻4. Copyright & Usage RightsAll media created remains the sole property of Ink Light Media LLC and Casita Images.
We grant a limited, non-transferable, royalty-free license to the original client for the following:✅ Permitted Use (aka “Client Publications”):
• MLS listings
• Social media
• Client’s website or printed brochures
• Personal promotion of the listing and agent🚫 Prohibited Use (aka “Outside Publications”):
• Third-party use (another agent, brokerage, brand, or publication)
• Editorial or commercial use
• Sale, redistribution, or re-licensing without permissionNote: Use by anyone other than the original paying client requires written approval and may incur an additional licensing fee.⸻5. Modifications & Attribution• Media may not be altered beyond basic cropping or resizing unless approved.
• Credit is appreciated (e.g., “Photo by Ink Light Media”), especially when used in online or print marketing.⸻6. Licensing to Third PartiesIf another party (e.g., a new agent) wishes to use the photos, they must request a license from us. Unauthorized use will be treated as copyright infringement.⸻7. Fees, Payment, & Cancellations• Full payment is due before final delivery.
• Same-day cancellations: $50 fee
• Additional requests (reshoots, revisions, new subject matter) will be quoted separately.⸻8. Postponements, Weather, & HazardsWe reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or hazardous conditions. The safety of our team comes first.⸻9. Limitation of LiabilityInk Light Media LLC and Casita Images’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.⸻10. Governing LawThis Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Legal proceedings shall be held in St. Johns County, Florida. Disputes must first go through good-faith negotiation, then mediation before litigation.⸻11. Force MajeureWe are not liable for delays caused by weather, illness, internet outages, acts of God, or events beyond our control.⸻12. Final Terms
• This is the full agreement between the parties.
• No changes are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
